Allison Schneider’s practice focuses on employment law, school district and public entity defense, and business litigation. She has experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, as well as administrative law matters.
Ms. Schneider graduated from California Western School of Law in 2008 and practiced insurance defense litigation in San Diego until 2012. Before joining TencerSherman, she spent five years working for the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Department of Justice, specializing in the fields of privacy and information access law. Prior to law school, Ms. Schneider worked in Washington, DC on the staff of a U.S. Senator from her home state of North Dakota.
She is an active member of the Military Spouse JD Network (MSJDN), a bar association serving over 1,200 military spouse attorneys and law students. She is also a member of the San Diego Lawyers Club and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
