Ms. Levu’s advises clients on complex and often cutting-edge legal issues. Her practice focuses on defending corporate clients in complex employment litigation and business disputes.
Prior to joining Tencer Sherman, Ms. Levu represented and advised employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. Her practice focuses on defending corporate clients in complex employment litigation, with an emphasis on representative actions. She also defends clients against individual claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation. Ms. Levu has appeared in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies. She is experienced in all areas of employment law, including:
• Wage and hour disputes
• Wrongful termination
• Breach of contract
• Employer counseling and policy revisions
During law school, Ms. Levu was an Associate Editor of the California Western Law Review. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William McCurine, Jr. (ret.) of the United States District Court, Southern District of California and a judicial extern for the Hon. Jeffrey Barton of the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego. In addition, Christine clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California.
