Patrick Wooding’s practice focuses on commercial/business litigation defense, employment law, and securities litigation.  Mr. Wooding’s commercial/business litigation practice focuses on breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secret claims.  His employment law practice focuses on defending against claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment as well as wage and hour disputes.  Mr. Wooding also represents corporations, officers and directors, and shareholders in defending against securities class actions, mergers and acquisitions claims, and shareholder derivative claims.

Prior to joining TencerSherman, Mr. Wooding spent four years litigating business and real estate disputes, representing both businesses and individuals in breach of contract and real property matters.  Mr. Wooding also prosecuted securities class action claims against some of the largest corporations in the country in front of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Mr. Wooding was admitted to the California bar in 2018 after graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Wooding served as a member of the International Law Journal.  Mr. Wooding graduated cum laude from Rowan University with a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Business Marketing.

Mr. Wooding enjoys surfing, golfing, and Pittsburgh Steelers’ football.
