Matthew Dobbs is an Associate at TencerSherman, LLP, where his practice primarily focuses on employment litigation defense.
Prior to joining TencerSherman, Mr. Dobbs practiced at LeBeau Thelen, LLP, where he gained substantial litigation and pre-litigation experience defending employers and businesses throughout California’s Central Valley. His experience includes defending claims involving wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and class and representative actions.
Mr. Dobbs earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University, Indianapolis, and was admitted to practice law in California in November 2022. During law school, he competed in Moot Court, was awarded Order of the Barristers, and served as Vice President of the Business Law Association.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of California, Davis in 2017.
In his free time, Mr. Dobbs enjoys traveling, watching sports, and staying active.
