Jessica Mulvaney’s practice focuses on employment law, business litigation, and school district defense. Her employment law practice focuses on defending against claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, and harassment as well as wage and hour disputes.  Ms. Mulvaney represents businesses in breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets claims.  She focuses in defense of school districts in cases with special education issues, high exposure tort claims, and employment claims.

Prior to joining TencerSherman, Ms. Mulvaney represented individuals and businesses defending general tort and injury claims, property disputes, and construction defect litigation claims.  Early in her practice she focused on representing general contractors in all aspects of construction contract disputes.

Ms. Mulvaney was admitted to the California bar in 2013 after graduating cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.  During law school, Ms. Mulvaney served as the Chief Articles Editor of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review. She also enjoyed working as a teaching assistant for legal writing and as a research assistant to professors.  Ms. Mulvaney graduated from the University of California, San Diego and received her degree in International Studies with a focus in economics.

Ms. Mulvaney enjoys weekend trips to Baja, sea kayaking, political non-fiction, and 90s sitcoms.
