Ken Schuelke earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2025, graduating as a Presidential Scholar. During law school, he dedicated pro bono hours to the Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, advocating for veterans’ disability rights and navigating complex matters stemming from the military’s former “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy.
Ken’s legal experience spans workers’ compensation, intellectual property, and family law, giving him a versatile foundation in civil litigation, legal research, and client advocacy. He is committed to providing clients with thorough, practical representation across a range of matters.
Before law school, Ken clerked for the Deputy General Counsel of the Orange County Superior Court, gaining firsthand exposure to the judiciary. He earned his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University in 2021
