Theresa Men, Esq

Theresa Men is an Attorney at Tencersherman, LLP. Ms. Men’s practice focuses on employment law, school district defense and general business litigation. She has previously also represented clients in the technology industry on data privacy, digital advertising, and location-based tracking technologies.
Ms. Men earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in October 2022. During law school, Ms. Men served as the President of the Labor and Employment Law Society and was also the founder of the school’s Tech Law Society. Ms. Men assisted faculty in presenting research findings on legal issues related to worker-owned cooperatives, as well as on a wide range of other employment and labor law topics.
Prior to law school, Ms. Men obtained a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies and Political Science from the University of Louisville.
Ms. Men also holds a CIPP/US certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, specializing in U.S. data privacy laws.
Ms. Men is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and pending membership with the State Bar of California.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Men enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, exploring international grocery stores, and reading about current events.
Theresa possesses an intermediate fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
