Mallory Francis is an Associate Attorney at TencerSherman, LLP. Ms. Francis’ practice focuses on employment law, school district defense and general business litigation. Prior to joining TencerSherman, Ms. Francis specialized in complex insurance coverage cases.
Ms. Francis earned her J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2023 and was admitted to the California Bar in November of the same year. During law school, Ms. Francis served as Secretary of the Health Law Society and was a Diversity Scholarship recipient. Ms. Francis also enjoyed working as a legislative intern for the Ohio Legislative Service Commission and as an extern for Columbus City Schools, Office of General Counsel.
Ms. Francis graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego in 2015 with a BBA in Marketing and a minor in Music. Before pursuing her legal career, Ms. Francis worked as a digital marketer for retail, advertising and e-commerce companies in San Diego and Silicon Valley.
