Patrick Dillon

Patrick Dillon is an Associate Attorney at TencerSherman, LLP. Mr. Dillon’s practice focuses on employment litigation and general business litigation. Prior to joining TencerSherman, Mr. Dillon specialized in defending private and public employers in employment suits.

Mr. Dillon earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University in 2023. During law school, Mr. Dillon worked as an Academic Success Fellow for Santa Clara University School of Law and served as the communication chair for the law school’s Privacy Law Society. Mr. Dillon also enjoyed working as an intern for the Santa Clara Office of the Public Defender and as a law clerk for a private employment litigation firm during his time in law school.

Mr. Dillon graduated from Andrews University with a B.A. in Religion in 2020. Before pursuing his legal career, Mr. Dillon worked in project management as a community organizer where he worked with non-profit and private entities to provide services to community members throughout the Bay Area and Central California while developing a wide range of experience as a public speaker.
